Metro Entertainment Tickets.com Ticket Plus Biggest Scam Ever ! Two Concert tickets for $75.00/ea , but charged my credit card $283.04. No refund or cancellation allowed. Surprise when you get bill. Tickets went up to $109.00, Service Fee 2 x $ South Windsor, Connecticut

On 10/04/2011 I bought 2 concert ticket's thru Tickets.com, billed by Ticket Plus ( 1-860-870-3400 ) The $75.00/each tickets were delevered by Metro Entertainment on 10/31/2011. I was billed $109.00 per ticket by Ticket Plus, charged a service fee of $50.14, and delivery charge of $15.00. Total charge was $283.04. Almost 3  the value of ticket. This was a  Birthday present for my husband. No refund allowed. This fraud ! Will also complain to the BBB.

Metro Entertainment MetroEntertainment robbed us of our only splurge! We are very poor people, but decided we would spend extra for great seats at the Professional Bull Riders event in Springfield, MO this weekend. Thinking we were online with Missouri State University ordering our seats, I placed an order for 2 seats, $113 each. When I received our tickets, to my horror, they were $40 seats, located far from the action! We probably won't even go now. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS ROBBERY!
