If you really want to be thorough, ask the references to check for the phone number Metroplex Roof and Fence was using when he did the work. A new phone number isn’t always a red flag, but a continuous phone number is almost always a positive sign. It shows that the contractor is not dodging creditors or dissatisfied customers. When a contractor depends upon word-of-mouth for a large portion of his business, the last thing he wants to surrender is a productive phone number. However, when a contractor is all about smoke and mirrors, he tends to change phone numbers often.  In my opinion Metroplex Roof & Fence has had a lot of phone numbers.
