Metroplex Roof and Fence Chuck Fairchild - Completely FAKE experience in roofing - Lewisville, Texas

Wow how sad to see a former employee of Chuck's, (I believe was..) who did a lot of work within his housing company. Together see the housing industry dry up and take down many good company's and personal lives. Chuck and the person attacking him included. They then tried to start up a roofing company together (if this is the person I believe it is)  each using former knowledge and experience from building complete houses. I believe that makes any housing company well qualified to do a simple roof. They ended up not working and owning a roofing company together. So we will get to the point, the person who put in the negative remarks was a former employee I believe.... maybe not... Now has a roofing company also and is trying to compete like a politician instead of letting his work and customers speak for themselves.

OWNER: Thanks for responding! Look, I am a consumer that saw something that didnt look right. You have responded.... great! 

BUT.. Marketing a company that is 6 MONTHS OLD with words like 9 years experience, 27 years experience, when in fact building a home is not direct experience with the knowledge and understanding of ROOFING! You hired a roofing contractor to roof your homes!! Thats not YOUR experience!

You mentioned your family had experience (hince the experience part), are they directly involved in your operations? cause if not, how can you use their experience? But its construction experience and not "roofing" experience anyway, so It DOESNT COUNT!

We as consumers are not going to be "tricked" into thinking a company is old and experienced by the marketing tactics you guys use.  IF YOUR 6 MONTHS OLD, THEN JUST DONT PUT ANYTHING UP AS TO YOUR EXPERIENCE!!! its okay, some of us consumers dont mind a young company..... as long as your honest!!

Where you a customer?  If so please let me know if you are dissatisfied in any way.  You can contact my company at any time to have the issue resolved at info@metrplexroof.com.  Metroplex Roof and Fence prides its self on customer service and quality using only the best materials and professional installers.  But from the sounds of the message you seem to be someone with a personal vendetta.  The company Metroplex Roof and Fence has only been in business since 10/2009 this is correct.  My family has been in the construction industry for about 15 years now, Commercial and Residential starting in Texas continuing to New Mexico and back to Texas with me Chuck Fairchild.  You are also correct by stating I own a custom homes company.  The custom home company is still up and running, but I currently do not choose to play in that arena do to the economy.  So I have continued my construction passion & experience in one particular field, and that is roofing.  I happen to be very familiar with construction industry, roofing to be included, 9 years personally and over 15 years with my family.  I also need to straighten out any misconception with the New Mexico, Austin, Oklahoma, and Dallas areas.  I simply would be more than happy to travel to these areas to complete any Commercial or Residential roofing jobs.

As far as my age goes well I would like to apologize if you find it offensive that I am only 30 years young and a successful business owner.

So when someone is upset or mad for someone that help a person by providing a job or a means of a income during this recession they will just type up a report about someone. Well I'm guessing building numerous houses give someone the experience on roofs or fences and i am sure he is not the one doing the manual labor! So grow up and get over your butt hurting because you have never earned a real living. Some peoples kids!!!!
