Microsoft Xbox360 imagine that another Ripoff Texas Internet

i would love to be apart of any lawsuit against microsoft as they do not stand by anything they do my problem is with xbox360 i live in philadelphia p.a im willing to help in anyway as im sure the list of people is endless that need help dealing with microsoft 4 xbox360.

they r producing faulty gaming machines and they know it they do not replace broken machines with new ones they simply take ur machine put a part in it which is most likely rebuilt also and send it to the next guy.

my console will have been replaced with another one for the 2nd time in less than 2 years and they are trying to tell me my warranty is up in 1 month 5/09 this should be impossible as my console that i purchased was taken and replaced with a different console from microsoft so in effect a "new" console means a new warranty but they say my warranty is retro active from my first purchuse.

this company needs to have action taken against it so if u can make a site for sign up im there and will spread the word in my area. this is the problem with warranty they know they are not replacing ur console with new ones so they are trying to run them out any company should stand by its product ask urself and anyone why microsoft will not stand by its product.

and NO i DO NOT give arizona exclusive rights to any of my matters that arise from this report PERIOD any fine print trying to force its obligations is not and will not be permited
