Microsoft Bing Ads Bing Ads Lied And Ruined My Livelihood Redmond, WA Washington

After two weeks of being in close contact with Bing Ads support to find an advertisement they would allow me to display, they closed my account abruptly and without explaination.

On two occasions during my chat conversation with support I was led to believe there was some minor error that I immediately corrected or some minor discrepency in my billing information that was the was the reason for my account being placed on hold. On my final chat conversation with them their support member apologized to me that it was a clerical misunderstanding that my account was on hold. He invited me to try to access my account later after apologizing making it seem like I would soon be able to access my account again.

I waited several hours and tried to pull up my account and the message my account was on hold was still there. Not long after I get an email telling me my account has been closed, they're not going to tell me why because of policy and they consider the matter closed.

What way is that to treat a customer after being so polite and reassuring to them that a resolution has been or is close to being reached? Their ad approval department and customer support combine to make a nightmare for an honest entrepreneur who is willing to lose money paying them for advertising. I spent hours looking for websites to promote that meet their guidelines, divulge personal information to keep my account active, was told my account would be retored only to have it permanantly closed?

I thought the whole point of advertising was to fulfill an earning opportunity that otherwise would not have existed. Bing has made sure that isn't possible for me any more and they want to hide their reason from me. This sort of cold dishonesty is what makes the world a bad place not just for people tryin to make a living but everyone. I can't help but think someone inside the Microsoft corporation is getting some sort of sick satisfaction out of creating chaos for honest hard working people.
