I have also received a fraudulent charge from "MICROSOFT ONLINE SERVI BILL.MS.NET" on my mastercard. I have fought the charge and am waiting on the credit card company's confirmation of dismissal of charge, in the meantime, does anyone know what the charge is for, which service/product?

I'm almost certain that MasterCard is just going to take the charge off, laughing in Microsoft's face, but I would like to know what the charge is for, and MOREOVER, how they got my credit card info. I was thinking identity theft at first, but I'm seeing quite a few people with this same issue, so I'm not as sure anymore, anyways any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Microsoft 365 occuring billing yearly I do not have an account. Microsoft 365 was cancelled 2021 and refunded. I have a free version on my pc. Paypal has a agreement with Microsoft and will not touch this occuring billing. Microsoft billing has agreed i do not have an account that it was cancelled.
