A little more than a year ago I received a collection letter from Midland Credit Management and in turn I sent them a request for validation via Certified Mail with Return Receipt. In due time I received the Return Receipt showing proof of delivery to Midland Management. I never did receive any reply to my request from Midland yet they continued to send collection letters. Ten days ago I sent another validation request via Certified Mail with Return Receipt and today received my letter back as they refused to accept delivery.

What actions can I, or should I, take now?
