My son received a bill from Midland, stating if he paid such and such a balance the remainder of the balance would be waived. I decided to help him out and pay it for him to help get this negative balance off his credit report.

Midland Credit Management accepted the payment, cashed the payment and the balance is still on his Credit Report, which it is NOT supposed to be!

I have had more than one bad dealing with this company and I am tired of them taking advantage and money from people and still ruining their credit.
