I ordered a free demo kit from mineral elements paying only shipping costs of 7.32. I tried to charge it on my debit card but it wouldn't accept it so i charged it on my mastercard. 11 days later i got a non sufficient funds fee fron my bank.    The next day when i went to inquire about this to my surprise mineral elements took 69.71 from my bank account and 69.71 from my mastercard.   By the time i got to the bank my account was [and still is] minus 182.00. I have 240.00 dollars in non sufficient funds fees. I only use that account to pay bills with a few extra dollars just in case.    I am single with kids. My water got cut off because of this and i am going to end up paying close to 500.00 for this makeup. I called and explained the situation thinking they would take care of the problem. Boy was i wrong.   There was nothing anywhere that said anything about a trial offer and 69.71 you were going to be charged in 10 days. But i still told them i would pay for one kit cause i did order it. I sent the other one back and i just wanted them to take it off my debit card cause my bank said they would take off all those fees if that happened but they would'nt. So i asked to talk to a superviser. Of course one wasn't available so they said one would be calling me back. Ashley did call back but she said since it was past the 10 day trial period she would not refund the money. I told her there has to an exception to the rule every now and then. She told me they were trying to run a business.   I tried to file a complaint with the company but you should see all the complaints already filed saying the same thing i was going to say with no results. So i didn't even bother. I dont know what else to do.
