I fell into one of those internet traps where you have to go through endless pages of mostly worthless offers in order to "SUPPOSEDLY" win a free "something" of which you never really win or get "anything" except GRIEF!! I was linked to one that sounded worthy of trying, which was the
Mineral Elements make-up by Eden.

After receiving the .99cent make-up kit that it cost me 7.32 to ship to my house, I tried one container, one time and found it be less than satisfactory and went about trying to figure out how to send the colored baby powder back to them. Thats when I discoverd there was only a postcard type card in there with teeny tiny, and I mean teeny tiny writing telling you that you have to first go to there website to read the terms to return it and then you have to obtain an RMA# 15 days from the DAY they shipped it.

Apparently my order shipped on the 19th of Dec ( I think I received it on Dec 26th) and then I called their customer service number on Jan 1st and of course got ahold of no one. Called back again on Jan 3rd and told alas, "Oh I am sorry, Ms.______ you missed it by one day! We charged your account for $69.00 and some change already. " After looking at my bank account they actually charged my account yesterday Jan. 2nd!!

The person I spoke to named Bill whose job it was to tell me "Oh I am sorry you now own the completely worthless make-up was actually trying to make me count on my fingers that the 19th to the 3rd was actually 16 days, indicating that the counting starts with the DAY the product is shipped, and oh yeah, sorry about your luck!!

I will be sending this unethical company's worthless product back regardless if it has an "RMA" number and then I will be contacting my bank in order to get my money back. I hope that someone else can save themselves some grief by reading this!
