Minol USA gauging rates taddison, Texas

I have been  resident at an apartment complex for several years and fro the past 4yrs I have been responsible for paying my own water bill. I have been aggravated all this time but never complained, but now Im fed up. Minol is a ripoff. There are various fees, service fee, maintenance fee; water fee meter service fee,2 admin. fees and in the end an apartment of 2 occupants equal a bill that ranges from $50-$70 per month. This is from short 5 minute showers each person per day or every other day. running a dishwasher every 3 days and washing & drying 8 loads of laundry per month. The government needs to look into this and I plan tobring this to the governments and the medias attention.
