MiramarOne Medream Limited Started off Promising, then went from Incompetence to Rip-Off Internet

I signed up for their yearly package last summer (2016) to bring my website ranking back up. I also paid an extra fee for them to apply the proposed changes directly to my website.

After some initial trouble getting their changes to "stick" in my Worpress-based website, I proposed that we switch their work over to my older, easier-to-work-on website, to which they happily agreed.

Following a 3-4 week period to wait for their work to "take" (during which my ranking appeared to actually worsen), they sent me a video they made with instructions on how to upload it to YouTube and other video sites. This would be fine except they put the wrong URL on the video!

After that, it was all downhill. They promised me a new video which I never received. They would claim to not be receiving my emails, that they would get back to me the next morning, etc. This went on for months.

Eventually I would only get a response from them by threatening (via their website contact form) to demand a refund.

Now even that gets ignored so I am reporting their behavior here.

I have been way more than patient with these people.
