WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!



So I spoke with online chat regarding a dress I wanted as I live in Australia & wanted to confirm if it was in stock & how long it would take to ship. Online chat advised once I select the dress the website will advise availability and that they will ship within 5 days.



So I purchased the $400 dress (on the 16th jan) which was in stock & paid by Paypal..........the very next day I got this email:



"currently sold out and will not be available until late February. However, you can still keep your order for this dress to reserve the size and color when it becomes available. This is a very popular style and we cannot guarantee future. While you are waiting why not have another look at www.missesdressy.com. We are always adding new items so there should be something new to look at."



After they took my money - all of a sudden the dress was sold out!!!



So I contacted them via email & online chat to ask for refund & they both replied saying "don't you want another dress instead?"



No. I don't want another dress I just want my money back......10 emails and 4 online chat sessions later asking for my refund and all they have done is written the same response in every email:



"We truly understand where your coming from. Your refund is done through ordering department. Please be assured that your order concern has been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for further checking. We will get back to you shortly for the updates"



Except no one gets back to you & I still don't have my money! All they have to do is refund the payment in Paypal but still nothing. I will have to lodge a claim through Paypal....



STAY AWAY from this website they are dishonest thieves! If you want to buy from a professional, honest company go to New York Dress instead.
