Momentum Direct Purchased diet pills and were told I would have 14 days to try for free. After 10 days my checking account was credited for $49.95. ripoff Magnolia Texas

I purchased the diet pills from Momentum Direct on 2/24/07 with the understanding that I had 14 days to try the product or return it without being charged for the product. I called on 3/18/07 and cancelled my account with Peter Anderson. I recieved the pills on 3/8/07 and my account was credited for $49.95 on 3/19/07 with the next check number from which I purchased the product for $4.74 which was the shipping cost. I only had the product 10 days.

I called the company and was told at that time that my account was cancelled and was told that someone would be calling me the next day about a refund. The next day came and no one called me so I called back and spoke with Peter Anderson and again about the returning the product. He again told me someone would call me.

On Tuesday 3/20/07 I shipped the product back with a delivery conformation so that I would know that someone recieved the product back that their company. On 3/23/07 Hilary Case signed for the product at Momentum Direct.
I have since sent several e-mails and was told that after 7 to 10 business days my account would be credited. It has been over 10 business days since they have had my return and no credit for $49.95 has showed up on my account.

I sent another e-mail today and will wait for a responce for that e-mail.
