Momentum Direct ripoff, charged my account, wont answer calls, FRAUDELENT Magnolia Texas

Both my younger sister and i fell prey to this cheap scam - after receiving this product that did not work, we noticed (in tiny print) that required glasses a note reading "do nothing and 14 days later we will charge you the members price of just $49.95 for the product." GREAT. Further, they said that if we sent back the unused portions, we would get a full refund. Well, we both sent back the bottles and neither one of us had heard a response or been deducted. I have since been charged the 49.95 and fear that they will keep on charging me.

however, i will not change my account for the sake of a scam. They better change their approach instead. i want both my sister's and i to be refunded the 4.95 PLUS the 49.95, i want to stop getting their lying emails and i want them to stop doing what their doing.

i noticed that on the same paper that read that a "simple phone call or email" would refund me for the fake product, there was not even a phone number or email address on sight. Nor was there a phone number or email address on their website. i'm expecting a full refund of my 4.95 dollars payed plus 49.95 dollars stolen as
well as my sister's 4.95 dollars payed and (were expecting) 49.95 to be charged and stolen soon.
