Money Tree Mortgage ripoff Woodstock Georgia

my husband and i had applied to money tree in december on 2003 and we were ecited they said they could do 100 percent financing but we would have to pay them $300.00 for all the proccessing so we gathered up the last bit of money we had for christmas and used it because we thought we were getting a home loan for our dream home.

after we sent the money we were never contacted again we tried for weeks and months now to get a hold of them but some how our calls would not go through. we also e-mailed but no reply. because of the money we put out we have literally have been in debt for the last nine months and have been struggleing with our bills and i have been very emotionaly damaged by all of this. we are scared to even try to get a home loan now and my credit is ruined because of this encident. i hope we could just have our justice. if anyone could help please let us know. thanks for this web site.
