Money Tree Mortgage ripoff and missed imform Woodstock Georgia

Back in 2003 my husband and i decide to try to purchase a home, however our credit was bad, we had just recently filed chapter 7 at about 6 months before and Money Tree Mortgage sent me an email and the email was up believable so I call the number and the person name Roger reassure me that what my email stated was true and painted this perfect picture and told me it would cost me $300 to get my application, which I was so excited that I will be able to purchase my own.

So after they receive my $300.00 Roger inform that I was preapproval for $175.000 and to start looking for a home, so I did found the house and the realtor called Roger and he fax over preapproval document.

Again after all of that, I did not get a home almost lost my apartment and never heard from Money Tree Mortgage. I have made several attempts to get my money back no one never returns my calls and when someone picks up they pull you on hold and never pick the phone back up. Something needs to be done about this? They are just ripping people off.
