2012 a salesman came to my door to sell me a security system for no money down and get a free $99 installation.
Today is Feb. 2015, I am moving to Texas, of all places where this company has its customer care. I wanted to know what the pay-off would be.
I was told I have 27 MORE months to pay. OMG, it seems like i have been paying on this system forever. Matter of fact it will be 5 years until it is paid off. I can't beleive I was hoodwinked into a 5 year contract at $50.99 a month for this security system. For 3 doors and 1 motion detector.
I am so mad that i was never told upfront about the length of the contract. Good sales men right ! NOT. If it was made clear to me, how long, I would never have signed up. So much for reading the fine print, which is in legaleze, no one can understand it.
Customer Care wanted to know if I would like to transfer my service and/or recommend it to someone else, hell no, I told them, I would never recommend them to anyone ever. !!!
