Monro Muffler Oil change included tire rotations. Tires never rotated bald at 27,000 miles supposed to last 60,000 miles Nationwide

I have a 2012 nissan Versa, I’m the first owner. It came with brand new continental tires which was quoted by other shopsto have a 60,000 mile warranty on them. My car only has 26,600 miles on it. I baby the car. I’ve taken my car to Monro the past two years for my oil changes which included the tire rotation. It’s even stated on each receipt that they rotated my tires. Now I’m being told that I need new front tires. I’ve gone to Firestone, Sullivan tires and the repair shop at a gas station. They all told me it looks like the tires have never been rotated. Front tires don’t wear like that unless they were not properly rotated.  I refuse to pay for new tires when it was not my fault the tires were not rotated. I assumed they were taking care of my car. My tires are so bad that they will not pass inspection. How do tires wear down to the wear line at less than half the useage?

I spoke to Monro and the lady never returned my calls. Finally I posted it on Twitter and I got a reply. At this point I’m frustrated since no one is helping me. They posted on twitter that an offer has been made to me, yet no one let me know of this deal. I call Alisha and she offers me two tires free if I buy two. I don’t need four tires, my back tires are good. That offer was not only insulting it was wrong. I told the lady that I’m not accepting that as to I’m not the one who messed up my tires in the first place. She was snippy and said that’s all they’re going to offer me. I ask for a supervisor, he offered me 50% off the two tires. Fact is, if I mess up someone’s photos guess who isn’t going to be paid? Me! I’m responsible for anything I mess up or ruin. They should be held accountable for their mistakes and improper care of my car!
