Morgan And Associates Morgan and Associate Phone harrasment accusing us oweing money to a company, we never heard of Clifton, New Jersey

I have been contacted by a company who claims they are calling from the Legislation Dept. stating that we took a loan out in 2008 at a union payday loan service. Don't know them, never heard of them.

I tried to get information and they would not give me any, except after I told them they already called me a month ago stating we owed 1500.00 dollars. Now they say 1,296 dollars. They use american names like jeff morgan, daniel page and other names.

Funny, using american names, and yet they are hard to understand, they must be from a foreign country.

Anyway, I called them up again today to see if I could get any information about this scam they are pulling. It was now I owed 411.00 but with everything added on it is 1200.00 dollars. I knew they were trying to scam me.

I asked them if we could settle, they said give me a minute I would talk to my lawyer. Seconds later they are back on the phone. The answer was yes we can settle today only. I asked if they would take a check? They said no only a money gram, credit card or a debit card. I finaly got there address.

They were very rude and did not want to give out information. They hung up on me when I mentioned that I could not make a payment until 2 weeks. I than called them back and they said , you said you could not pay for two weeks so we have nothing to say. I than informed them I will pay you today and once again they were talking, more than willing to give me info. I asked if I will get a notice in the mail. They claim it was sent weeks ago. NOT!

They knew my sons name my aunts name and my husbands place of work. They also had his last four digits of his social security number.They tried to leave a message on my aunts message machine.

I how ever have had it with this fraud. I called the news and as I was scaming the jeff morgan his self he was being recorded everything he said and the others now are on record. So who scamed who?
