Mortenson Family Dental ripoff Messed up my teeth Caused Severe Pain Will Not Fix Problem they caused Louisville Kentucky

I went to Mortenson Family Dental (as I have for years) to get a filling for a cavity. I would have pain when I ate something sweet, so I wanted to get it filled. When the dentist looked at the xrays, he thought he may have to do a root canal. But, luckily, he said he could just fill it, and it would be fine.

So, the dentist filled my tooth, and I was not in pain. On the way home from the appointment (I was still numb), I felt SERIOUS SEVERE PAIN. I called the dentist emergency number hoping he would return to the office and fix the problem. He blew me off and said he wouldn't give me pain pills. I didn't want pain pills, I wanted my teeth fixed.

So, I waited a few days hoping the pain would go away, and now it has been 2 weeks, and the pain is so severe, I can't sleep. I have called the office several times, and the dentist who fixed my teeth is on vacation, and no other dentists in that office (except 1 other) will accept my insurance. They claim they can't get me in for another 3 days! I am in so much pain, I could scream! I walked in ok, and now I feel like my head will explode.

No, I don't think he caused the pain on purpose, but the bottom line is that they should FIX IT IMMEDIATELY! I shouldn't have to be in pain for 3 weeks! This is crazy. They have no sympathy, either. I am so upset and in physical pain, I can't stop crying. I wish they could feel my pain for just a few minutes.

Please make sure you ask them what they do in these cases before you let them work on your mouth! Avoid the Pain!
