 We are the selling agent of the policy we don't approve or deny any claims this is done through the administrator of you policy, and it would not have been covered either due to a pre existing condition, non-covered components or due to lack of required maintenenace done as the manafacturer requires, or possibly due to normal wear and tear. Ths coverage works and it's proven time and time again we only use the top administrators in the business and they do coverclaims that should be covered that don't fall under the other categories I mentioned above.

This customer was cancelled and refunded as they requested on 10-15-2012 and the reason the claims was denied is the consumer DID NOT follow the manafacture's REQUIRED maintenance for the vehicle listed in the policy.
