I apologize that this experience made you feel this way. Motor Vehicle Solutions is a selling agent of vehicle service contracts. We do not approve or deny claims. We use the top 5 A rated administrator that handle any claim processes, procedures, approvals and/or denials.  Per your administrator of your vehicle service contract  and the depending on the contract that you have it will state what is covered and what is not covered under the contract.

I understand how you feel about this company. This company is scam. Call them back and tell them you want to cancel your contract.
