First of all this company will contact you by mail. Then will convince so hard that they are legit and they saying they have been in business for 30 years.

In my case they spent 2 hours with me on the phone to sale me the service and they told me the grace period was 30 days or a 1000 miles.

60 days later my radiator   went bad and thy said we can not pay for the repairs because you are @800 plus miles which is almost 200 less the the 1000 miles.

So I called them to cancel and the guy who took the call said no worries I believe you  and I am going  to honor your contract let me check your recorded conversation with us initially  and I will get back with you in hour and he never did .

8 hours later I called him and he said I am sorry I have been busy and there is nothing I could do for you . Go ahead take our address and send us a cancellation notice and the process will take 4 weeks
