They are theives.. I basically was told one price for a 4 hour estimated move but after they got my things all packed up showed me an invoice with all these new charges about stairs, and packing. They didn't even ack me just wrapped my couches. I had to fork over $300 extra just to have them deliver my things. This cannot be right
