Moving Van Lines Lied to us in every aspect and water damaged ALL our furniture Tampa Florida

We planned our move with(Victor) 3 weeks ahead of time , he assured me it was a one day move and would cost no more than a few hundred dollars over the estimate of $880.00 .

They didn't show up until 5:00pm and finished at 10:30pm . After finishing loading the truck , the driver wanted me to follow them to our destination (a 4 hour trip)

which means we would be unloading at 2:30 am at our storage unit .When I told him we can't get into the storage unit after 9:00pm , he said "you have a problem " They got the customer service representative on the phone(Randy) and she said "we'll bring it tomorrow or the next day" . This already means a hotel over night for me at my cost of course.

Our move started on July 28th,2008 .Today is August 22nd,2008 and we finally got our belongings delivered and they won't unlock the truck until they run my credit card for there payment . The estimate was $880.00 and our final bill is over $2,500.00 and all our furniture is water stained and moldy .

When I called the dispatcher (Yossi) he said trust me , I'll make sure we replace all your water stained , moldy furniture, we are insured for such disasters .Let's wait and see what happens ,I'm sure I'll end up in court with this company .

If your planning a move stay away for Moving Van Lines , they are thieves and lyres .
