Moxie Pest Control Worst Customer Service Ever! Corona California

I have never been treated so poorly in my life! Being from the customer service industry myself, I am appalled at the way the employees of this company have handled me thus far. I was realed into this company by their very young innocent looking sales guys recently this summer. My neighborhood has ants and its a problem. We previously used Orkin Pest control and I am sad to say I cancelled my service to switch to Moxie. Their sales guy promised me they were cheaper and that he could waive the 1st initial set up fees if I switched. Needless to say I am not impressed I have ants even worse then before and they claim to have been to my house twice in the last 2 months. I got a bill on my door last week stating they were there last Friday. The very next day I had 3 spiders in my guest room! Ants are still roaming the house and I am beyond upset. When I called to cancel my service they said I signed an agreement for a 1 year contract and if I cancel I have to pay the cancelation fee ( 160 dollars! ) If you are intrested in using this company I strongly urge you to think twice!!! Orkin not only did not charge a cancelation, they did not hassle me about anything I had an issue with their billing department at first and they handled it immedietly. (Orkin) I needed something handled by Moxies billing department and not only have they not taken care of it professionally all they have done is said I am sorry I cant help you!
