Hi,
I was surprised to find the words "shady" and "servant to the almighty dollar" listed here in some reports against this company, as these were the EXACT words I've used to describe the management of Moxie pest control to friends in the Phoenix area.
Why would so many take the time to complain about this company if it weren't truly "shady". They certainly haven't been fair to my family.
I move frequently because of my spouse's military service and have dealt with multiple account and contract closures on multiple occasions, but Moxie pest control is the ONLY company with whom I've had any trouble.
They skipped a service, continued service on the property that we had moved from (months after they had acknowledged our intent to cancel), and billed us for this service that we did not receive. After contacting the manager to discuss the unfair bill, the manager more than doubled what he said we owed him.
So, if there is a problem with their billing, should a customer expect to pay for trying to correct it?
I also received a notice saying that our future credit rating was at risk if I did not pay the bill that is disputed.
Does this sound like an ethical company to you?

If you add up all the customers Moxie has and then divide out to find the amount of costumers who feel the same way you do you will find you are in the very smallest of groups. Its unfortunate that you are having the experience you are, but if we all believed the words on this website we'd all be starving and naked.
