Moxie Pest Control After killing our dog we cancelled the service in July 2014. They just charged my account $135.00 without my authorization. Corona, California Nationwide

When we signed up, we told them that we did not want them using anything that would harm our dog.  After coming out one time, our dog, who lived in the backyard died.  At that point we called the company and informed them that we no longer wanted their services because they killed our dog with their poisons and we have a indoor dog that goes out in the backyard and did not want their chemicals killing our other dog.  The company called and began harassing us and lieing to my husband saying I had called them and told them I did not cancel the service.  I have never talked to these people.  Today, September 4, 2014, they just charged my account $135.00.  They have not done any service to our yard since the initial treatment, yet they are charging my account.
