Moz SEOMoz Failed to deliver services paid for seattle Washington

Don't use Mozlocal!!! Its broken and doesn't work as its advertised. Several citation sources have not updated since May 2016. We pointed out these issues and could only be advised that they will repush our data out. I could only find 2 citations sources that had correct information and they are sister sites and share the data. Moz claims based on their metric scores that our citations have increased with their platform. Our NAP and urls are a complete mess and don't seem to factor into their scores system. Support? what support??I have spoke with the VP and now Sarah Bird and was only offered a 10% refund. 351 location that we updated the names back between Feb and July and nothing has been updated. Today after receiving an email confirmation that one of our listings was cancelled they charged us the for the renewal. This is par for the course and is a prime example of the how bad the system is.

We filled a complaint with the BBB and Moz refused to make a good faith effort to resolve our complaint. I sent them screenshot after screen shot showing how their system was broken and not working and they kept claiming that their data was working. I showed them proof that they failed to deliver on the oblogation and had breached the contract and they refused to accept it as fact.
