mp3 rocket claims to offer 24/7 support to paying customers. turns out it is only 9-5 at their locale. regardless of their true hours of support, people are still complaining at the free 'mp3 rocket support forum' regarding no replies from the member only 24/7 support. 

due to the functioning (or lack thereof) of the free to any and all 'mp3 rocket support forum' it is now practically impossible for anybody to get a reply from the support forum or 24/7 members response also, leaving their claims of any support, hollow. 

today i have discovered they have removed several of my posts, highlighting their failings to provide reliable timely support of any substance through any avenue. that i assume is their way of dealing with thier shortcomings, so i thought it time to up the ante

see also other posts of mp3rocket/mp3 rocket.

do not pay them anything. you will regret it eventually.

in response to a post i submitted to the rocket forum, i recieved this email from:

this was the post i submitted,

hi all,

just a quick, condensed recap of two posts of mine, highlighting the inadequacies of this forum and the pro members 24/7 service, that were silently removed from this forum.

about 5 years ago - purchased pro version lifetime membership
within the first month (moneyback period) had a problem, emailed support, got a reply.
year or so latter,... problem,.... emailed support,.... no response.
month latter tried again,.... 2 emails ignored !!!!
two weeks latter, submitted 3rd request for support.... still no reply.
i had to get a friend to come and fix my computer.....


last year,.... new problem,... tried sending another email to support.... they replied, telling me to ask at this forum (mp3rocket support forum) for advice.
ie: 'mp3rocket pro support' consider this forum is part of the 24/7 email support all pro members have paid to recieve.

regardless, of this forum being run only by volunteers, mp3rocket is still obliged to provide the support we paid for, be it on this forum or via 24/7 email.
 
for anybody i may have missed, here is a copy of the PM i sent to everybody (i think) that has not recieved a response to their post in the last three months.

hi barlou here,

i am taking this opportunity to urge anybody who is dissatisfied with mp3rockets support, be it, you are a pro member that has not recieved a reply from 24/7 email support, or anyone that has simply not had a good experience obtaining timely support via the mp3rocket forum.

you can use any loggin name you like at the 'ripoff report'  website and remain anonymous.

i have been asking for improvments to their service (that i have paid for) for over 6 months and they have removed my negative posts from the forum hoping the problems will go away

take a stand, save others from paying for a program offering support that does not seem to exist.

if you know of another/better scam reporting site, please let me know.

at the time of my original post at 'ripoff report' this (attached, cropped screenshots) was the state of replied posts at the 'rocket support forum' from the start of this year.

they can deny the truth, but trying to hide it seems a waste of time at this point.
