on 7 sptember I bought a membership of mp3downloading and the next day tried to cancel but was given the runaround they have a live chatline that only opens 9am -5pm est -5gmt thers phone numbers local tollfree us or canada :866international 2402481I have tried emails but of no avail just get replies do not answer thi email

hope you can advise I did ask for a dispute under federal regulation E BUT THEY TOOK NO NOTICE
