Mp3downloading.com ripoff can't use the site and can't get a refund False Phone No. In US Internet

I subscribed to mp3downloading.com in November 2004. No login details were sent to me and I never even tried to download anything. The very next day I decided I couldn't afford the charge and filed a cancellation. All my e-mails were ignored (apart from an automated acknowledgement of a "technical fault report" type e-mail which I have kept on my system.

I used a debit card to pay and the charge showed up on my bank statement as having come from Malta. I was on the verge of calling the phone number given on the site which is in the US (but was reluctant to do so because of the high cost - I am in the UK). On trying to find the site again via Google search engine I came across your site for the first time and now know that I have been had!

I will take your advice and try my bank to see if I can get the charge refunded.
