Got a nice slow burn over the course of three months for $9.88/mo. I couldn't get one bit of info from the two reps I talked with nor could I get any amounts refunded. I explained I had never signed up for their service and they insisted that I did. I told them to cancel whatever it was they were selling/providing, hung up, called my bank, filed a claim and was credited instantly. Forms are on the way.

Summary: read everything twice before signing up of joining any file sharing or internet ent. service. I always do but this one slipped by me big time.
