Mp3musichq.com ripoff, did not fulfill services offered, charged much more then stated Internet

Just recently I signed up for services through this website, the offer was $0.99/month for a 2 year subscription to download unlimited MP3's. Thinking that this sounded like an awesome deal, I put my credit card info in, and processed my request. The website never confirmed the charge for the amount, it only thanked me for my request. Then later on I received an email confirming my charge, and it was for $48.11. I returned to the website and called the number given to dispute any charges. The company I was directed to (which is not listed on the website, just a phone number) was a third party, and told me that they were no longer associated with mp3musichq.com because they are a scam. And then today I called the number that was listed on my bank's website for this company along with the transaction, and there was a message that said "this mailbox is full, please call back later". Probably full of complaints. I also wrote to the support email address (support@mp3musichq.com), to a girl named "Michelle", and I never received a response.
