I have just received my Visa Bill and found FOUR entries from a company called MP3MUSICHQ.com.

I've never done business with them - I visited the website when I received my bill and the website is not known to me. I don't know how they have got my card information but they have. There are four separate entries all on the same day - November 12th. They are smallish amounts - the most is $46.56 so they are clever as I suppose they think I wouldn't catch them.
