MP3musicHQ.com ripoff unathorized visa charges on services stated free trial London United Kingdom

Hello Out There Fellow Ripp Offees.

I had just purchased my first PC and couldn't wait to download some music. I GOOGLED "best music downloads" and up comes this option stating mp3 downloads. I accessed the site and read "free Trial." Then I was asked for my visa info. Hmmmmm!


After entering I was emailed an acknowledgemnt....and a statement of charges totaling $54.23 to be charged to my account immediately. But they informed me this was a lifetime membership and I thought I must have misunderstood the offer. I then followed the download requirements and attempted to download to the tune of over 3 hours of frustration and three days. Thinking this was just my novice state. I called tech support and got someone whom barely spoke english to assist me in the download process.(there is absolutly no online tutorial)After over an hour with them (to no avail)they asked me to call back in 24 hours so they could rectify the down load situation. Re-tried in 24 hours thinking there would be an open trouble ticket to refer to. No such luck!!!! Spent another hour and they told me to uninstall everything, and try again in 24 hours. I also threatened to cancle my subscription and..... no response what so ever. Not even a well we are sorry....they just didn't say a word.
