I have never received my item from this company. I also can not actually talk to a person about this. They direct you to an e-mail address. I did receive two responses to my e-mails. One message indicated I would receive a tracking number ... I never did. The next message said my item shipped... and I still have not received it. I found this company via Bizrate... and now I cannot find them liated on the Bizrate site. I wonder what kind of scam this is. I paid using Paypal... and I am starting the dispute process.

It looks like there is no hope of a refund from PayPal. I filed a claim and they did find in my favor. However, they are unable to recover the funds. I am still calling and e-mailing Mr. Culpepper every single day. Still no answer! I have reported this to the FTC and the BBB. What I find outrageous is the fact that this website continues to operate. How many people have to get scammed before the authorities shut this down??
