I ordered a GPS from Mr. Culpepper on 12/04/08 for a Christmas gift and after hearing nothing for 2 weeks I tried calling several times and I have e-mailed them numerous times with no avail.

I have finally turned them in to the Better Business Bureau of CA. I have also filed a claim with Paypal and turned them in as being a fraud company. I'm just hoping I can get my credit card reimbursed now that I have seen that others are having the same problems.

I wish I would have found this site before I ordered, but we think it will never happen to us! I thought that Yahoo and Amazon were trustworthy. I got this culpepper link through Amazon and they refused to help me out. So BEWARE!

I have contacted Amazon....they said they weren't responsible for my refund.

Contacted Paypal.....they said they were not able to refund my money.

Today I have contacted my credit card that is listed with Paypal that I paid with and filed a dispute. Let's see where that gets me. So far it's looking as if I got screwed. Good luck getting your money back people!
