Greetings i took my ipod 2nd generation 32mega bite on September 23, 2012 and.. When i dropped it off they wanted me to make a payment so they can order part.. so i signed a wavier made payment and ask when it will be ready the manager on duty stated one week cause they get shipment in every week.. So week past me by i went to the shop and it was not available for pick up so, I asked why?? He the manager told me my part have not came in yet...This has been going on for way to long.Then i made it a habit calling every week still no luck...Months and months has past.I went to the shop and ask for monies and ipod they told me no. I do not understand.
