Mr. Fix It. Jonesboro, GA Tori, Floyd & other guy Scam me for my money. They did not repair my Ipad 2. I paid in July and now Its the end of October Jonesboro, Georgia

I paid 150 dollars on July to get my Ipad 2 screen fix and now Its October 25, 2011, I still havent receive any calls from Tori, Floyd and the other guy. They wouldnt give me my refund back. BEWARE! THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY!! THEY ALL LIES! I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY FROM SCAMMING PEOPLE. They need to be EXPOSE.

Customer has been identified as Cary Vorn. Mr. Vorn has his iPad 2 as stated on his service order. Mr. Vorn checked in and signed the contract like every customer. Mr. Vorn signed and agreed to the contract that he signed. Mr. Vorn was made aware that WITH ANY ORDER ISSUES COMPUTRONICS MAY OR MAY NOT OFFER A COMPARABLE PRODUCT EXPECTED DATE OF ARRIVAL IS ONLY AND ESTIMATE. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE! BY SIGNING BELOW YOU ARE ALSO IN AGREEMENT TO ALLOW COMPUTRONICS AND OR ITS AFFILIATES TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL FEES WITHOUT YOUR CONTACT OR APPROVAL TO IMPROVE SPEED OF SERVICE! UPON ADDITIONAL NON-PAYMENT COURT/LEGAL FEES WILL ALSO BE ADDED TO BALANCE. ALL SALES/SERVICE FEE'S ARE FINAL. Once the customer sign and agrees to these terms and conditions they must abide by them. Customer as always will be notified once their part arrives. Once the customer decides to cancel their order they must pay a cancellation fee as stated in their contract. ADDITIONAL $50 FOR ALL CANCELLATION OF SERVICE/PARTS ORDER. If they have their device they have the option not to return. By policy the customer must return once the part arrives to schedule an appointment and have their part installed. This not being the case the customer has become impatient and decided to file a complaint on a bias website. If the customer is tired of waiting for their part they have the option to get the part from an in-state vendor. Price point would definitely be higher but the customer has the option to pay if they would like their part faster. If the customer continues on the pace to slander the company name they will be dealing with our legal department. Thank you Mr. Fix It Legal
