Mr. Rooter Plumbing Total Ripoff! Roswell Georgia

This company's services are extremely overpriced.  My elderly mother called them to come and fix a couple of toilets that were periodically running.  By the time the plumber left, he had 'fixed' both toilets and replaced her water heater that he said was getting ready to 'blow up'.  Of course, this scared her and she authorized the work to be done.  Total cost over $1,800!  When reviewing the paperwork, we also noticed that he had signed her up for the 'advantage plan' where for $99/year she will get priority treatment if there is a problem and discounted prices.  This automatically renews each year.  I feel as if they completely took advantage of my mother.  She moved out of her home 2 weeks after this work was done.  She told them she was moving out, but was told the repairs were absolutely necessary due to such a dangerous situation.  Do not use this company!
