My Gf overdrafted on my account by 2 dollars on a pay at the pump gas transaction. Needless to say M&T rerouted all the transactions so that ones that were to be paid not paid and paid the Gas transaction so rather than getting 1 overdraft fee for 37.00 I got 3,

If your transactions are already paid how can they flip them around to their financial advantage? I of course asked and they said OH well you see we pay funds on a first come first serve basis. It takes 3 days for a pay at the pump transaction to go through they just hold a dollar to make sure your account is legit. (I called the company in which she did this transaction) However M&T insists that transactions that were 2 days older where not paid before the gas transaction.

In lamen terms they said thanks for the screw up we got 111.00 dollars out of you
