MTC Driver Training ripoff, THEY ARE THIEVES Hazelwood Missouri

These folks are not good people and I am shocked they are still in biz.

Check their BBB report in Missouri.

I have been in trucking for 10 years. I have never seen a place like this. I also have never met so many people to have had their lived ruined.

I am lucky. I sent my wife to MTC with a permit and 1000's of miles of driving time.

She was pre hired by JB Hunt at .41 a mile (we were going to run team and she would get the same pay I do.

The sales cheese head at MTC made us a deal. 2200 bucks cash. JB Hunt said they would pay half.

Opon JB Hunt flying her from my truck in Louisville Ky. She was given a diff story. They said that she would have to go to Pam Transportation or it would be a month or two for her to get class time.

We spoke about this and said fine. It was to be 3500 bucks and Pam would pay the bill. She would have to drive for them for 1 year.

There was a deal that she had to stay at least 3 months. We would then have to pay the differance. We figured that would be fine.

30 DAYS LATTER. She still was not given a state test. They kept holding her up and made her give up her permit.

In this time they fed them hot dogs and two boxes of Corn flakes for 50 people. My wife was mad as heck having to eat Hot dogs 3 days in a row. From my understanding they have fixed this problem.

I picked my wife up and took her to test. She passed. No problem.

She turned over the paper work to MTC to be released. She was to report to PAM the following week.

PAM called and said it would be a month or two. They didn't have any available trainers.

This went on and on. Pam was very nice and didn't cause us any problem. We asked and have in writting a REALSE from PAM. We would go and pay the 3500 and that would be that. PAM didn't have any female trainers for a long time comming available. They were very honest and help full.

I asked them about the 2k we owe if she didn't take the PAM job. They said it would not be a problem as they HAD TOLD MTC they couldn't train anymore female drivers for while.

I planned on just paying MTC their 3500 bucks and being done with.

Things didn not go that way. I informed MTC that I wanted to pay the 3500 since they were in default by not having a job for her, housing not up to standards, and the food not provided. Be done with it.

Phil was a real jerk. They billed us a bit over 6k. I told them I will not pay it. They turned it over to collections.

Phil called my cell phone telling me that my wife was a lot lizard. Did every guy at the shool and MUCH more. PHIL called my Mothers home and told my mother on the answering machine the same type of thing. GLAD WE KEPT THEM.

Phil and I had words and he is a total rip off nut.

I told the wife to just go ahead and pay the min monthly payments. It would be good for her credit as she dodn't have any. We have never financed anything.

We did this for a long time. I then decided to call them and offer them what I thought was fair. 2k. I was cussed out by Ann.I decided to quit paying them at all. If they want the money they can take her to court. In court alot will come out.

She told me that they will turn it over to collections and Call JB Hunt and get her fired. I told her to go ahead.

My fleet manager Mellissa Clark at JB Hunt notified me that they did contact her and that Phil is a complete nut.

The folks handling the loan called about none payment. I made them a offer of 2k that day. They said it would be a day or two. I told them 2k today. Call and see. Tomarrow not one cent you can take Kacie to court.

The excessive charges, The mean rude and stupid antics of Ann and Phil, the lieing of everything, the horible housing. No way ANYONE should train with these people.

The wife got DOT's in Missouri with her Illinois Lic. They informed her that her lic was not active.

Thinking it was a error. We called Springfield Illinois the next day. They said it was fine.

The wife got checked 3 months latter in Mo. They said lic is not good.

At renewel time. She had a little problem. Illinois fixed it with a call to Mo.

The comment the state lic guy made was we get this crap all the time from folks that go to MTC.

You are talking about something that took years!

These guys suck and should be investigated more!

The Mo attorney General was VERY aware of the company with just saying "I have a problem with a truck driver training company". There comment "1 more for MTC"
