Multiview is very misleading, shady and unethical. I was contacted by a sales person via phone and was told they were calling on behalf of an association. They were offering me advertising and said my site would be seen by millions of people.

As a small business owner I'm always looking to buy web traffic. They said it would be good for a year of unlimited traffic. I was thinking wow, I can buy traffic for a set price. 11 months later I had not received one visitor. After talking to a local ad company here in Chicago, they examined the site where my ad was listed and told me that site had no traffic at all and basically I wasted money.

Do not spend any money with these guys. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY

I have tried to contact the private equity company that is involved called Warburg Pincus.

AUTHOR: MultiView - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 25, 2011

Dear Jesse,

MultiView takes customer complaints very seriously.  Unfortunately, as with all online advertising, MultiView cannot guarantee your company's online advertisement will result in a guaranteed level of traffic to your company's site.  However, MultiView can guarantee that the advertisement you purchased was displayed for the agreed upon duration.

We would like to review the specific sales call where you were told your "site would be seen by millions of people".  MultiView cannot guarantee a user will click on your advertisement within the targeted online resource you purchased.  There are a number of factors that drive users to click on advertisements including the look of the ad, the text, the call to action, etc.

Our customer service department is always available to modify/edit/update your online creative to help drive traffic within this targeted online resource.  MultiView's ability to drive substantial traffic is evident via outstanding advertiser renewal rates.  Many of MultiView's customers are seasoned online advertisers and advertising agencies that have clearly seen the value of MultiView's services.

MultiView, Inc. is accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.  MultiView would welcome the opportunity to discuss both your advertisement and your sales experience with you.  Please contact us as soon as possible.
