Mvi Mini Vacations ripoff & False Advertising hotel management company is giving away free trips to vegas for 3 day 2 night Tampa Florida

I heard about a company in Las Vegas on the radio live reporting that a hotel management company is giving away free trips to vegas for 3 day 2 night. It was on a new station here in Arizona called 101.5 Free FM based in Califorina. So i called and gave my information based on it being legit. just basic address information and income. No payments were made or anything. Few weeks later i got the first mail pieces where i sign into this website with the cert codes i was given. Once entered i was suppose to be sent the vacation package. Never got the package. I already lost time at work due to i was going to take this vacation during spring break.
