We received a travel certificate for a free cruise. We picked our travel date and sent in $534.00 for taxes and port charges.
We then were told there were no cabins available on this cruise.
We then received a letter listing our options.We chose option #2 which was a full refund and their "Platinum Plus" package.We mailed this back on 10/26/05.
After receiving nothing we contacted them on 12/15/05 and again on1/9/06 and were assured we would be receiving our refund. At this time we have received nothing and now we cannot reach them at any of their phone numbers and e-mail is returned.
