MVI Marketing Mini Vacations MVI Marketing Mini Vacations ripoff - Gave Gasoline Vouchers as a Rebate and that company never sent a thing Tampa Florida

When we moved, the Post Office gave us a form to fill out for our change of address. This form actually came in a packet which included many other offers. One of them was for cheap magazine subscriptions. I paid $200 for 5 magazines for 4 years, plus others were for free. With this, I was told that I could cancel at anytime and get a refund for the remaining amount of time left. After a short while, we needed to stop this offer as there was no way we could keep up with reading so many magzines each month.

Of course they acted as if this was not the case, but I continued to complain. They finally agreed and sent a $50 refund and said that I was getting $80 worth of gasoline vouchers. I figured that it was Ok since it at least they gave my money back.

The gasoline vouchers came in and it is a big joke. The envelope shows that this came from Mini Vacations in Tampa, Florida. The vouchers are for GRAND GETAWAYS in Sarasota, FL. You can only send in one per month that cannot total more than $10. Yep, $10 a month in gas and that would take me 8 months to just get my money back. Well, it will not take 8 months since we sent in the first voucher on October 26th and haven't seen a dime.

I can't even get in touch with anyone to find out a thing about my rebate. I haven't sent in any other vouchers since I didn't even get my first $10 back. My next step, is to go back to the Post Office to get the paper which shows the phone number for the magazine subscription company. Phone calls will be made to that. Plus, the government should know about this. This magazine company is even dealing with companies who have major negative feedback with the BBB. How would they like to hear that?
