MVI Marketing Mini Vacations Was told several times my refund was on it's way, even by someone in the presiden't office, NEVER RECEIVED! Tampa Florida

Where do I begin in regards to Mini Vacations....

My fiance and I received the "free" vacation (cruise and hotel)as a part of the dishes we were sold by Celebrity China in July 2005. We emailed in the initial request for the welcome pack and filled the paperwork out and sent in our deposits ($300.00).

I had not heard anything so I called them only to discover that our "free" vacation was going to cost us about $800.00!!! I said that I wanted a refund and was told they would process my request (August 2005).

Once again I didn't hear from them so I called back on 9/21/05 and spoke with Jessica and Jane and was told that my request was processed and it would take 3-4 weeks to process through.....

On 10/28/05 I called back in and spoke with Sara, who said they never received my request, and Valerie who said I would be mailed out a refund within 10 business days.....

On 11/29/05 I spoke with Jane again who told me that 30 business days from now I would receive my refund, and Sandy who said to give it 2 weeks and I should have my refund....

On 12/21/05 I was finally given the "Refund Center", which said my requests had never been received by them but Jay told me that now that they have the information I would for sure receive my refund within 20-25 business days........

On 1/19/06 I finally was given an email address, and I emailed them explaining my frustration. I received a phone call that same afternoon from a man(didn't get his name) from Mr. Burke's (President) office explaining how sorry he was and that he would personally take care of getting my refund to me......

It is now February 20th, 2006 and I am disgusted and tired, this "free" vacation was supposed to be my honeymoon (I am getting married in May), so much for that.
