MWI Connections Essentials ripoff Stamford Connecticut

MWI Connections/MWI Essentials Charged our debit card for services neither ordered nor wanted/ fraudulent ripoff business Stamford Connecticut .....

My husband ordered a set of knives from Miracle Blade from an advertisement on TV. Within one month of the order I looked at my bank statement and noticed two charges that were unfamiliar to me. One was for $96.00 from MWI Connections and another charge for $12.95 from MWI Essentials. I looked up this company on the internet and received a ripoff report where other people had been charged for items or services not ordered.

I can only image that the company handling the Miracle Blade knives orders either sold or gave out our debit card number.

I have contacted these companies about the bogas charge. MWI Connections was a recording and after several prompts I was prompted to cancel my "membership" and that if I paid, my money would be refunded within 3-5 business days. I am at day 4 and have not received the $96.00 credit. There is no way to talk to a person at this company.

On the other hand, I did speak to a person at MWI Essentials. After telling this person 4 times I did not want any services they had to offer and that I did NOT ordered their service that I wanted my money returned to me, he agreed to refund my money within 10 days. I have yet to receive any refund.

I am livid that a company has the gaul to charge your credit/debit cards for services that have not been solicited by an individual. Is there a way to put these people out of business for good?
